All of our events are free, accessible, and open to everyone!

We believe there are a lot of grey areas in students’ minds when it comes to understanding the application process, and UniGlo events are a way for us to address them in an open, informal, and friendly atmosphere. We run various unique, purpose-specific events across the year, in line with the different stages of the university application journey. As an entirely student-run initiative, UniGlo offers unique student perspectives from young and passionate people who are keen to guide and encourage future generations of students.

UniGlo’s Student Conference is a panel-style event featuring a diverse range of recent graduates from international schools in Bangkok, who applied to universities in the US, UK, Canada, and Thailand.

Approaching
the App Season

Fondly known as AppApp, this event has a two-part presentation and breakout session structure, primarily targeted at rising high school seniors entering the application process.

with UniGlo

Think coffee chat, but much more casual and low-stress! Unwind with UniGlo, or UwU, is our social event , usually held in January, and is the most interactive of our three annual events.

In wanting to present genuine, unfiltered peer perspective, this annual conference outlines the stories of these students as they journeyed through the application processes, highlighting their strengths and struggles as well as pieces of personal advice.

UwU gives current high school students a space to connect with Bangkok school alumni, attending colleges around the world. We try to bring in students with various interests, backgrounds, and pathways leading up to college to allow high school students to engage with a variety of perspectives.

AppApp (as we like to call it!) is a presentation and breakout session event made to help prepare incoming high school seniors with their application strategies based on the subject area and region they are applying to.

We share our application experiences as well as insights on essay brainstorming techniques and time management tips.

AppApp aims to give students more opportunities for personalized conversations and discussions among others in the same boat as them! UniGlo proudly partners with C asean to put on this annual event.
